Experienced Print Finisher

Due to continued expansion, we are now recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic Print Finisher to join our busy Print Department. Experience working on the following machinery is preferred: Muller Martini Presto Stitching Line, Duplo 5000 Booklet Maker & Collator, Polar 78 Guillotine, Heidelberg Ti52 Folder, Horizon AFC-566F Folder and Morgana Auto Creasing System, however, relevant training can be provided.
This is a permanent full-time position, based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Applicants would need to be flexible with working hours and available on demand.
Salary: £17K-£22K plus overtime. (Subject to experience and dedication.)
Print Room Assistant

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and receptive person to join the team in our busy printing environment. Duties will include assisting on a wide range of printing and print finishing equipment/machinery as well as stock and despatch management. This position offers a strong potential to learn new skills within the print industry and progress onto fully qualified machine operation going forward. This is a permanent full-time position, based on 37.5 hours per week, hours based on 8.30am - 5.00pm. However applicant would need to be flexible regarding working hours due to the nature of the business.
Qualified print finishers would also be considered.
Driving license essential.
Salary £18K-£22K subject to experience, dedication and attitude. Experience would be a definite advantage, but is not essential.

Apprenticeship in Digital Printing

We are looking for an enthusiastic young person with a good work ethic to join our expanding company as an apprentice. The successful candidate, if willing to learn will have the opportunity to enter into a work-based program with a solid career path, graduating on completion to a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Digital Pre Press for Print. Skills will cover digital printing, variable data, wide format printing and all aspects of pre-press technology. There will also be plenty of opportunity to gain experience in a diverse range of other services within our business.
The NVQ course is over 3 years and is completed entirely in the work place - there is a clear pathway of achievements/milestones, the progress of which will be monitored closely by the BPIF (British Print Industry Federation).
The wage is entirely subject to age and applicants need to be between the ages of 16-25.
